I’m a mom of 3, self-taught baker, and the proud owner of Apples & Jars. I run my home bakery in Wingdale, NY, where I specialize in small-batch gourmet caramel apples and dessert jars — all handcrafted with quality ingredients and bold, nostalgic flavors.

 

This journey started back in NYC, where I grew up surrounded by culture, flavor, and that classic city energy — and you’ll find a little bit of that in everything I make. What began as a way to bring joy to friends and family has grown into a passion-filled business that now lets me share that same joy with my community.
