How It Works

Once you submit the form, we’ll reach out to confirm your order details and go over everything with you. After that, we’ll send you an invoice that you can pay online using a credit or debit card. Easy and secure!

 

Payment & Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your order and reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup or delivery and must be paid in full before I begin preparing your order. 

 

Because everything is made fresh and often custom, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
